Hey guys, new issue, the flywheel to crank bolts have come loose, and it clatters something fierce. Is there an easy way to access the bolts without completly removing the engine or trans?

No sir. After the last 2 engine swaps I have done and discovered the flywheel was the wrong one, I have found its easier to just raise the engine to where the flywheel clears the trans. You might as well put some threadlocker on those bolts when you do REPLACE them. I'm sure they are chewed up by now.

yes i definitely didn't plan on reusing them. How did you find out the flywheel was wrong? Did the torque converter bolts not line up? I have already disconnected everything, but once again the other exhaust nut stripped where i cant get it off. So now I am hoping i can get enough movement to access everything. Ill share pics when i get that far.

No, the bolts holes did not line up. I noticed that their is a difference between an L36 and L67 engine flywheels.
