2015 Silverado issues

Have a 2015 Silverado saying updating fail on main radio unit. Dealer tried updating and didn't correct problem and they don't know what'* wrong. Screen is blue red and black. Saying updating 0/100 and counts down from 300 secs.IMG_1046.JPG Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Find another dealer. I'm seeing this a lot lately where dealers pretend they don't know what is wrong with something. I'm assuming this is still under warranty?
