My Silverado never came with fog lights, fog light relays/fuse, or wiring harness. I have seen newer models similar to mine have the factory lights and factory toggle switch installed but never for a model like mine. I have a switch from a 2003 GMC Sierra 1500 that fits in the the slot where my factory cargo lamp switch is. I have the factory lamps, bulbs, connectors, and switch. Is there a wiring diagram out there for my truck? If there is an oem kit where can I get it? And is this a possible upgrade for my year and model truck? I really want to stay away from aftermarket toggle switches and wiring harnesses. Since my pickup is a base model version, there is hardly any results that pop up for a fog lamp assembly that is compatible for mine. If anyone has any links or advice for how to do this it would be awesome. I would love to do this before any more bad weather comes around.

Might want to go check out a Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon, or YukonXL of the same vintage at a junkyard somewhere. You can grab the fuse center lid and the relay for fog lights etc. then wire it up.
