You may not need wiring diagrams.

Is power getting to the blower motor?

Blower motors are a pretty easy check with a test light. If you know enough of electronics to use a wiring diagram you should know enough to do some simple tests without one.

I already checked to see if the blower motor was receiving voltage. The answer is no. I needed a wiring diagram because I see there are some relays in the instrument panel that are not labeled and to help me construct a plan of attack.. I found the wiring diagram. It has helped me with the architecture of the system and location of the relay. It looks like relay in position B-211 send power to fuse in position F-1 which is 25 amps. The fuse is not blown. Now I know which relay I can properly diagnose the system.

The acquisition of the wiring diagram was done on Scribd searching for the following string "1999-2001-Isuzu-NPR-HD-NQR-W3500-W4500-W5500-Diesel-Full-Service-Manual" .

Thanks

No thank you for taking time to share your knowledge. What is the physical location of "H6" ? It looks like it is part of a larger power distribution. I dot not have the truck in front of me now.

I'm thinking it is a connection that goes between the inside of the cab and outside, so maybe towards the front of the cab by the tilt hinges.
