Default 2000 Monte Carlo AC Compressor noise.

Dealing with a 2000 Monte Carlo SS..... the AC compressor clutch locked up.... so I replaced the compressor..... after about a month the new compressor began to make a noise like the clutch was making noise, So I replaced the AC Compressor again tonight with a brand new one and it was making the very same noise....... I have upload the noise at
. Give me some ideas to check....2 AC Compressors that were brand new (not remaned)...... with the same noise.... AND It only makes the noise when the AC is on and I've checked all the other pulleys and they are ok.

The noise really stays almost constantly..... and it is even a kinda "grinding" noise that can be felt inside the car when the AC is on.

I have to wonder: How did you flush out the system after the first compressor failed?

The first compressor really did not "fail"....it was still cooling very well but just leaking thru the clutch and it would lead down in about 2 or 3 weeks, so we replaced it.

Ah okay. How did you flush out the system after the first compressor was removed?
