Anyone have any idea what wire this is in the six pin and i believe 4 pin on the left side of the steering wheel in the ignition switch or is it else where? im trying to install a bypass for a remote starter and can not figure it out for the life of me.

i have tried google too and nothing hs worked or made sense

I hope so too i dont want to spend more money on this remote start just because my bypass wont work cause of a single wire.

what does it have to do with the security bypass, sounds like the circuit that checks for a blown bulb. is your car the vats that has the pellet in the key? all you have to do for those is measure the resistance of the key pellet and put a resistor of the same value in the wires that go back to the security module or what ever controls that on your car.
