Jerking after acceleration

Jerking after acceleration
What is the jerking after acceleration. For example when I stop at a light, stop at a stop sign, or even after riding in slow traffic, when I go to accelerate my 2019 Cadi Escalade gives a hard jerk. Can someone please advise the cause?

Is the jerking sensation like someone tugs its leash or more like someone bumped it from behind?
