GXP vs SLS Exhaust Noise Difference

Default GXP vs SLS Exhaust Noise Difference
Does anyone know the difference between a 98-04 Seville SLS and a Bonneville GXP exhaust system? The Bonnie always sounds more aggressive(louder) in stock form even though they appear to be the same car mechanically with both running Northstar 4.6 V8s. Swapping some exhaust parts from a GXP to my SLS might be more economical than going aftermarket. Just looking for all options to consider. Wondering if the difference could be in resonators used.

Do you have a donor GXP around?

They're pretty hard to get a hold of.

No, I test drove a new GXP back when they were new and remembered the exhaust being louder than a Seville with the same engine. Does anyone know what GM did differently?

I pretty sure the Seville has a lot more sound deadening material everywhere.
