Default Cadillac 2001 Deville fuel return line

So the car has been sitting for years and now I need to replace my Bonneville. I found an additive on line called PRI and it'* designed to refresh gasoline. The problem is, once I add the additive how do I mix it up? The tank is more than 3/4 full, I thought a hose inserted into the tank might work, then blow air in to stir up the fuel, but with these anti-siphon tanks I am not sure it would work. So I thought maybe I could disconnect the fuel return line at the fuel rail and blow air in there. Problem is I don't know where under the hood thst is and if it would work. Any ideas.

Just dump it in and start it. The returning fuel will mix it for you.

Mike, I had it running off a jump start, but wanted to mix this in before I start it again. It'* been sitting for a long time, when I moved the car, the tires left rubber on the floor under all four tires. So after the gas, it will get a new battery, an oil change to synthetic and new tires. With only 14,700 miles Ihope I can put off a brake job for awhile.
Thanks for the reply.

Mike, it worked as you said it would. I am now driving it and have retired my 01 Bonneville. Is there a sway bar available for the Cadillac, it just doesn't handle like the Bonneville.
