Default Backup Camera Issues

2007 Cadillac Escalade Ext, Backup camera will not respond to after market interfaces. I have tried two PAC RP5 GM 31'* and a Metra unit . I put the OEM radio back in and camera responds to reverse gear and shows video. I've gone through all the settings on the radio and wires stated in the instructions on the interface units. Can anyone offer some suggestions. This is puzzling to me. This is a recent issue it was working perfectly with my PAC Unit.

Hopefully somebody responds here, but this is an odd one.

I think your best bet is to contact the manufacturer of your aftermarket unit.
