is the system the same on my old 2004 deville to my 2006 dts, i was told they work different, the 2004 system you could hearthe pump run i am told the 2006 works differently, true or not?

they are different if you look up the parts the 04 has the basic rear leveling function, the 06 lists sensors for all four corners. what it does i have no idea though. i remember reading about the newer system opening and closing the valves when the wheels go down in such a manner that it builds height just from the fluid in the strut. i dont know if thats it though seems that was about a suv
