Default Anti lock light 1990 Cadillac Brougham

This light is on and I've searches for days to no avail. I can not get a straight direction on where to start. I just bought a Service Manual from eBay. Hopefully it will help. How is the code accessed? Is an OBD1 reader required? The car has only 70k on it and is sharp as a tack. Thanks for y'all'* time. SL.

The above link is a great resource. Thank you very much. But I didn't find any code to match an ABS/ANTI LOCK fault. Had someone tell me it could only be read using a TECH II system at a GM dealer service center. That will we a problem I would guess. Thanks for your time. SL.
