wth is going on

first gear shifts hard and it doesnt seem to go in to od havent tried to see it if would go into od on a top speed run yet though

fluid color, smell, and level at operation temp....

what does it look like and smell like, is the car at the proper level on the trans Dip stick??

its red still doesnt smell burnt and the level is high on the crosshatching but not above
