My windshield washer fluid reservoir seems to be missing. There is a tank within the front of the passenger front fender with a rubber grommet at it'* top. This is at the bottom level of the battery. Is there a separate gizmo above that for filling?

Just bought the car and resolving issues. Where would one find this gizmo or would I have to buy the entire top/bottom chamber? Anyone with a FSM have info?

Makes sense, I'll make some calls. The local junk yard is all pre-Carter and this piece of plastic isn't an eBay type item but thanks to you I now know what to search for.
