Default Where is the blower control module on 2001 Park Avenue?

Hey gang, maybe I'm not a total idiot, but I'm obviously asking for help here.

My wife'* 2001 Park Avenue started having intermittent trouble with the AC blower. It'* a split driver/passenger ECC unit, but there'* only one blower.

On my old '94 Caddy and '95 Bonneville this was trouble with the blower control module, and it was under the hood behind a panel next to the MaxiPanel on the firewall.

I just went out this afternoon - since it'* totally dead now, assuming it was similar. But it'* clearly different.

First, am I correct that this is "probably" the blower control module? Similar to the older ECC vehicles?

Second, where is it? Under the dash looks like I've got to disassemble a whole lot of stuff to get into the HVAC cavity? What am I missing here? Is there an "easy" way to do this?

Thanks for any pointers.

Michael
