i notice if i hold the accelerator where it is or floor it the shudder stays like it is or gets worse, if i let off the accelerator for a second or two then give it a bit of gas it clears up.
Few things
FIRST:
Did you replace those components because they were worn or did you replace them because you were trying to fix the issue with the century. if things like the plugs, wires, rad hoses were from age/mileage, thats fine. But IAC, EGR, MAF, coils, regulator, Engine temp sensor, fuel pump, injectors, etc... would you please explain that?
If you did not replace them truly because they were worn, you most definitely could have thrown parts of lower quality or defect at it, and they shouldnt be replaced just cause. now, on an older car with mileage, there is some bend to that rule because plastics and sitting and certain technology can change that from definitely do not to acceptable, but im doubting that to be the case for all of them. Brands of your new parts?
your engine has a lot of miles. do you know if your PCM is original or the PROM chip?
Like posted, the TPS is something to suspect. does your engine have a 3.8??? and do you have a 4t60e?

TPS was an easy call. It'* about the only thing he hasn't replaced
and it can cause these symptoms.
its the 3.1l with the 4T60E, parts replacement was due to age and mileage its pushing 480k right now.as well as the vehicle is business use and maintenance is a tax writeoff so might as well throw cash at it to save cash later.
all parts are duralast or equivalent OEM, no ebay junk
PCM is factory original as is the PROM
