1995 buick park avenue, 142000 miles, traction off lite comes on at 15 mph sometimes and then at 28 mph. I've cleaned and replaced all ground connections, have code 74 on scan, which means PMV has either a short, or an open ground, somewhere. I've checked fuses, relays, but I did find that I have no current in the maxi relay fuses for ABS and ABS pump. BUT, I can get the traction lite to stay off by slightly pressing the brake peddle until after 30 mph, then the lite stays off until I stop, and then get back up to 30 mph. Next is match and gas!!!!!!!!!!

Could be a bad vehicle speed sensor.
