Looks like the driver'* side of the trunk to me, behind the panel. Can you post a picture of your car in that area?

While I'm thinking about it, are you sure that your car has this option?

i believe so, i keep getting service suspension message on dash..which led to the start of me trying to figure out what the issue was.. 2011 Buick Lacrosse CXS went to change all 4 struts and thats when i find out about this whole hiper strut front suspension set up which was head scratching moment lol, another question is, how is the front lower balljoints replaced on this set up?

Here are pics of both side of the trunk:

Passenger side

Also it does have electronic suspension, and has what im told is “accelerometer sensors” above both front struts and that those sensors could possibly be the cause..

I would get the codes and see what you have. Likely not the module.

I agree, likely not the module, but while we're here, this (in red circle) looks like what the diagram showed us:

The Suspension Control Module i found is actually located behind that fuse panel.. there is a 10mm bolt that has to be removed and the fuse panel swings down, and the SCM is mounted there..
