How do I remove front seat from a 1998 Buick Regal GS?

Check in tech info under performanc. I believe I have a write up in there about how to lighten your car for racing.

I'm aware of that. But there is a write up in that area on how to remove the seats.

Removing seats is pretty easy. Using the power seat controls, raise the seat all the way up toward the ceiling, then move it back or forward to give you access to the bolts. You can unbolt it from the floor and to remove the seat and the track or unbolt it from underneath the seat cushion to leave the track in place. Once you've got the seat unbolted, disconnect the wires for the seat control and lift the seat out of the car. If you're taking the seat and the track out together, you may want to lower the seat all the way down before disconnecting the wires. This will make it easier to get it out the door.
