Default Power seat controls trapped 2000 PA

Hello....new to the forum. Need HELP!! My son'* 2000 PA driver set control panel broke off. Somehow he has had the panel get stuck under edge (between inside door panel & outter powered seat). So in essence the seat is currently squishing/crushing the entire control panel, and I can't seem to get it unstuck!! Is there anyway to raise the seat WITHOUT use of the panel to get it unstuck??

Your best bet is probably to unbolt the seat and rails from the floor or unbolt the seat from the rails. There are no alternate controls etc. that would help you move the seat up.
