What brand was the fuel pump? I had a Bosch fuel pump fail within 6 months.

yes DELPHI if i recall right im like 99% sure. also i have checked with a fuel pressure checker and it says its 45 psi i idle and about 50 psi around 2k rpms

i also wanted to state something before i changed that fuel pump the old fuel pump was 20 psi idle and 20 on load so that is why i thought that this was the issue but know it seems to be something else

No power sure sounds like a at bad cat conv. Distcontect it and try it.

I have seen bad injectors cause a lean 02 code and miss fire codes .

ok guys, I'm sorry I forgot about u guys I have a bad memory problem. but I found 2 issues I was miss firing I think on cylinder 2 then I pulled a plug it didn't look bad so I did a spark test on that spark plug and it was dead also I have a vacuum leak on the throttle body. I'm going to be fixing that on 12/19/2016 and hopefully, problem solved haven't even messed with my abs system yet leave that for another day

i guess I thought I took care of the p0171 because I had a throttle body gasket that was bad and an o2 sensor bad but guess what its back but this time it also has a friend boost control solenoid and it'* still running lean for some reason and there is zero vac leaks i have checked every inch of this car with carb cleaner
