Well, you don't have a dead PCM or you wouldn't be able to pull codes....

3 tranny codes and two cooling fan codes, neither has anything to do with a no crank.....

To just go out and replace the starter and battery means you were guessing.....

First thing you should have done was check both power circuits to the starter......the positive battery cable and the solenoid control circuit(small purple wire)....the bat cable should be hot all the time.....the purple wire should only be hot with the key in the crank position...

Now you have PassKey II Security system....first thing, turn key to on, not crank, and observe the SECURITY light in dash....should come on for 3-5 seconds and then go out.....if it stays on, then you have a security problem and the vehicle won't crank....9 out of 10 times the problem is the wire harness going up the steering column to the lock cylinder....over time, turning the key flexes those two wires and one of them breaks.....when that happens, no crank.....this can be checked out with a resistance check of this circuit, with the key in the ignition....

As you can see in the diagram, if the PassKey decoder does not receive the resistance of the key(because of a broken wire), it will not ground the starter enable relay, which sends power through the purple wire to the starter solenoid....

If the SECURITY light does go out after 3-5 seconds, then you have to check the starter enable relay circuit......could be the relay, PNP switch, decoder, blown fuse, one of the circuits is open, ignition switch, etc.

I would not worry about the other codes, until you can get the vehicle started.......then clear all codes and see if any come back....you did not say if you had any cooling fan problems or tranny problems, only that the vehicle wouldn't crank....

the transmission seems like its slipping, no real acceleration then after like 15-20 mph it goes more normally
dont know if its just a bad transmission or just faulty solenoids

Try this:

With engine at normal operating temp, from a dead start, lay into the accelerator pedal......do rpm'* top out at 3,000 and the the engine bogs down and doesn't shift?

Now from a dead start, accelerate very lightly....does the car shift and slowly get up to speed?

No, P1864 is for a bad torque converter clutch circuit.
