95 Park Ave light misfire
So I got done with the 99 park avenue problem. Now to move onto my own car a 95 Park Avenue 3800 V6 with 193k on it. I inherited the car and I have done all the previous work on it for the last 40k besides oil changes that were done at a reg oil & lube. It did burn a little oil on start up, but isn't there after a few seconds, I also changed the valve seals yesterday to solve this and it worked and no more oil puff on startup
The car has a smaller misfire and does not like to drive in overdrive because of this problem. It drives nice in 3rd, but I want to solve the issue and also get all my gears for better gas mileage. You also cannot let it startup and warm up under idle as it runs like crap than. It runs fine if you just start and go and than it can idle for 5-10 minutes. If you let it go over that it doesn't seem to like it as it runs worse. It starts up immediately also with no issues.
It has what everyone calls the OBD1.5 which seems to be hard to find anyone with a computer to read it at all to give me what codes its throwing from the engine light.
What I did so far to the car to try and solve this particular issue. I put new stock ac delco plugs into the car, ran new plug wires.New PCV valve, air filter also. Also tested each ignition pack with a inline spark checker and it was throwing crisp blue as I didn't know if you can test it with a regular meter to see so I didn't do that. Than I went to Autozone and had them test the main ignition module/brain. It was tested several times and tested out perfect. I thought this was going to be the issue and it is not. Than I put a fuel pressure gauge onto my car and with the key in the "on position"and I get 50lbs of pressure, with car running it was about 40lbs. Than if I shut the car off it stays at 50lbs for the first 15 or so and starts dropping all the way down and is at 20lbs within an hour. So does this sound like the fuel regulator to everyone? Think this would cause the issues? Or is it more likely a MAF or EGR valve and how can I test them out?
Hope you guys can help me like last time to solve this. As always, I appreciate everyones help and input

Also for some reason I cannot do the Mass Air Flow sensor test as if I unplug the vehicle and start it. It immediatly starts and dies than unless I give it some gas. If I let off it dies right away. Weird??!? It has proper voltage of 12v going to the postive and the ground/negative is working also with 12v.
