Default Lucerne Help with TSB (06-08-61-007)

Hello, I have had my 2006 Lucerne 3800 for a while now. For half a year now, it'* had a shaking at around 45-55 and brake wobble sometimes and it veers to the right, especially under throttle. Ive had: new brakes, tie rod ends, shocks, tires, 6 alignments, and plenty of mount/balance. Nobody can figure it out. While on AllData, I found a TSB that includes my VIN for my issue (TSB # in title). There is no information I could find online at all. It tells me the fix is to put it on a lift, support the powertrain, die grind 3 holes in the transmission mount and put it all back together. This is official service instructions. It seems ridiculous. In my case, it still pulls to the right even in neutral, and it says to contact GM TAC with no further instructions. I am completely lost. Does anybody, anybody know about this TSB or has had experience with it? Any help at all would be appreciated.

Vehicle Pulls to Right During Acceleration or at Highway Speeds (Add Shim Between Engine Cradle and Right Rear Engine Mount and/or Modify Transmission Mount Bracket). Buick Lucerne 2007 this is the only link I could find to it online. I don't have access to all data right at this current moment. Both wheel bearings and hub assemblies were checked recently and were good. Replaced about 45k miles ago.

Shaking around 45-55: I'd have somebody road force balance the tires.

How old are the tires?

How many miles on the tires?

Since it pulls to the right in Neutral and under acceleration, it appears that the TSB doesn't apply.

What make and model of tires?

Since it veers instead of steadily pulling, I'd suspect the subframe mounts and/or some part of the suspension is loose and nobody has found it yet.

Back tires are Kelley Edge a/* and front ones are Advanta a/* fronts have 4,000 miles on them and rear has about 15,000. The fronts are wearing evenly which is what'* strange to me, to the point where the rears have more outer edge tread which the shop is saying is normal. I don't think it is. No matter which wheel or tire is on what corner it stays the exact same. I took a video under the car brake torquing yesterday, and the transaxle moved about an inch up or more. I think I may need to replace those mounts anyway. 😬

Had it hit a curb or something? Sounds like the hub is bent a smidge.

Not to my knowledge. Earlier today I thought the hub was bad because the rotor was hard to turn with the caliper off, but then it got better suddenly and was back to normal the 2nd time I had it on stands. I think I should replace it anyway maybe

Sorry for double post but it didn't seem bad to someone else who looked at it and it was a night and day difference just at two different times today. I think that'* really weird !! Are they sometimes intermittent?

Easy one time and hard another time most commonly is the result of a warped rotor.
