most auto parts stores auto zone and the rest have a rental tool to check for exhaust gases in the radiator
you rent it then get all your money back
so its like basic free
I would do this the next step
but you might want to all so
remove a heater hose and thermostat before you fill it up
to help get the air out

ALL so
when is it shooting water out is as soon as you start it up?
is it after a few mins?
is the water hot like the water pump impeller fell off {rare but not impossible}

compession text on all cylinders should be done all so before you think of tearing down again

if you do the compression test do it with all the plugs out and have some one crank it for you with the radiator full
if you see water shooting out on one certain cylinder with the compression tester on
you will confirm what head gasket is bad {that is if it was shooting it out cold}

It shoots out when running idle or full throttle I'm really not happy about 65 hr work week and come home to do this again... or more but I'll go rent the tool and get a compression gauge and see where it'* at...

Any yes shoots out cold...
And could it have something to do with the lower intake gasket that I replaced I did see the old plastic gasket was messed up so I'm wondering if I have a bad torque wrench I torqued to 15 ft lbs but heard the wrench that I used from my buddy is -5 ft lbs off from what I seen on the web

When I did my LIM gaskets mine would not idle either.....turned out to be a bad MAP sensor. It hadn't tripped a check engine light but when I hooked up my scanner it showed a MAP sensor code pending.
By the way the torque spec is supposed to be 11 pounds on that LIM. I have to return a defective torque wrench to HARBOR FREIGHT as well. Mine never clicked even when I tested it in my large bench vise.
