When you get pics, get a good pic of the rear seat where the seatbelt nearly attaches to the back deck. Look for a tab that sticks out.. you want fold down rear seat...trust me.

FWIW I got my 00 with 161K on it for $1400. It needed brakes, struts and a serious cleaning. $3700 is pretty close to KBB full value.

I was going to ask generic things such as does he have maintenance records, were the LIM gaskets done, was the supercharger oil changed, any sunroof leaks, any leaks at all when it rains, A/C, were the shocks ever changed, brakes, etc. Anything else in particular I should ask him?
