Default hot, cold, hot, cold, 99 regal GSE

still driving the buddies 99 regal GSE

what would cause the vents to blow cold, hot, cold, hot, ... intervals about every 5 minutes...

ECC is not being touched during this time, always set at 90*F, full fan, and it does it on defrost, vent, or floor heat...

I do not see how it does not overheat when you said you have to let it sit for 20 minutes for the steering to work

Must be cold in MN
