Default Horn Wiring in 93PA

Horn not working because of steering wheel pad issues. I would like to place a new button on the floor for my foot. Like the brites in an old car. Anybody know what wires I need to mess with under the dash/steering wheel?

Yes, the black wire between the horn switch and the horn relay.

Pull the steering column shroud off and you should be able to determine which wires run to the horn button.
