Default Hard starting - 2001 Lesabre

Hi
I want to share with you a several old symptoms that I have and I think it comes from one problem .

- Hard starting after long parking :
I take a videos of my starting and fuel pressure test that I did
In addition , after the fuel test , the pressure was 42 psi (after that I turn the car off) . After 30 mintues the pressure fall to 28 psi and after 4 hours the pressure was 1-2 psi .
It is normal ?

- service engine soon light blinking in high RPM :
I allready replaced the plugs , wires , coils , 6 fuel injectors , fuel filter .
What could be the problem ?

You obviously have a misfire somewhere. If plugs and wires were done, I would now suspect the fuel pressure regulator. They do cause hard starts and misfires. Do not drive this car any more than you have to until the FPR is replaced. Intake manifolds have been known to blow up due to excessive fuel piling inside the intake plenum.

I check the FPR by looking a fuel leak while it running and it was ok .
Maybe it not enough ?

It doesn't leak externally. The fuel gets sucked in via the little vacuum hose.

Mike , I'll replace the FPR (just in case) but I don't think it'* the problem cause I disconnect the vacuum line (while the engine runing) and wait for 3-5 minutes to see if some fuel goes out from the FPR . And it doesn't .
Even you can see in the video that I unplug the vacuum line and the pressure jump by 8 Psi .

I suspect at 2 things : Fuel pump or one of the connection lines leak . How can I check it ?

Sometimes the FPR will have a leak internally that is only drawn out by the vacuum line. Either way, replacing the FPR is a good idea if you don't already know how new it is. Regarding the misfire, pull codes and they should tell you more.

I was thinking that too, until I watched the second video. It never gets below 50PSI.

In the second video, listen to how it sounds when it cranks . . . almost like a cylinder has higher compression than the rest or something. Filled with fluid etc.?
