Default drivers side heated seat quit HELP pls

somehow I get the feeling this car is a lemon...bought it with 25k, loaded limited, 27k drivers window reg quit, 3k more miles drivers side rear window regulator quit, steering rack replaced at 25k leaking, tranny hard shifting epc replaced, does it now like once a month..
Now the drivers side heated seat quit, I hear the mod under the seat ckick when you oush the button, the light goes to high bit wont change to low of off unless you hit it pretty hard.
I switched the module with the right side and still no good. The way this thing is wired i cant tell if I have power running to the element or not. Any of you guys ever dig into these ???
I tempted to dump this car but its in mint shape never seen snow except this winter....
