I would, if i were you, find out what cylinder is misfiring. a scan tool thats decent should give you a chart which counts the individual cylinders misfire counts

the individual cylinder code will only set if a specific threshold is met of a certain cylinder

Thats incredibly small amounts of misfire. did you... notice it do it at a specific time or was it spread out? and what kind of plugs did you use, and why did you replace all the coils?

It did it when when the car just started up. This is plugs i used Acdelco 41-109 Iridium Spark Plug. I replaced them all since I could buy the pugs and coils in a bundle.

What coils? And any pictures of your old plugs?

honestly with your description it sounds more like it could have been something like a fluke or it could have been the car running a bit better so it had to change some things it had learned. maybe even a vacuum leak only affecting those 2 cylinders f

I'm a little late to the party.

Was it misfiring before you replaced plugs and coils?

How many miles on the car?
