Default crank no start when 2025 degrees or colder

2008 Buick Lucerne CXL

Crank no start when 20, 25 degrees or colder

My girlfriends car don’t like to start when its to cold. But after the car has been started it will be fine the rest of the day till the next cold morning and got to do it all over. I put a new battery in after I load tested it and it was bad. Even with the new battery it still does the same thing when cold. I even put my jump box on it still has problems. I have change the temp sensor that didn’t change. I’ve have checked the coils and spark its good. I’ve checked battery voltage, alternator, checked it while cranking when it didn’t want to start it was all good. I can here the fuel pump come on every time I cycle the key. I might be forgetting something but I need some help figuring this out.

Which one? How did you check the spark? Not really thinking this is bad since it works fine warmed up. Did you try spraying ether in it and see if it hits?

What is the fuel pressure when this is happening?

How many miles on it?

How many miles on the spark plugs?
