I have three relays to choose from. One says primary, and one secondary,and another labeled fan relay #3. The primary and secondary are also labeled fan relay #1 and #2. So my question is how to wire a switch to control the fans with this setup.Please help

You can probably follow the instructions that Willwren posted. I think its under Fan Override.

One fan relay will probably be high speed, one should be low speed.
