$350.00 for a single cat in a LeSabre seems a little steep, but not horrible. Magnaflow.com shows between $130 and $175 for a Universal for yours, plus probably an hour labor to hack out the old one and weld in the new one. Maybe your area has disposal fees etc.?
Got one installed for $325 today. Not sure of the brand. Other quote I got was $375.
