Default A/C Bypass

I have no clue what to do....How would I install the A/C Bypass Pulley on my 95 Regal?....I kinda know what I'm doing but then again some advice would help a lot. I'm having a hard time getting the AC compressor off of the car. There'* one bolt thats a real pain in the *** to get to. I need tips on that. And I also wanted to know if there is a belt out there that would let me bypass the compressor pulley so I can take some stuff back to get my cash back...?

No, you cannot simply install a smaller belt to bypass the A/C compressor. You would need to remove the A/C compressor as Dan has already provided the link for you and install the bypass pulley.
