Does anyone know what would make your blowr for a/c and heat not blow

what kinda car is this on? if its on the 93 bonneville you can pull the codes if it is flashing the exterior temp on the screen.

is there voltage getting to the motor I would check this.

You can check the voltage at the blower motor connector. On High there should be 12v at the blower motor.

If you have 12v then either the blower motor is shot, stuck, or blocked.

by the way, its ECC not ELC
