Default BAD Gas

Hello all. I have a 95 Buick leSabre limited that absolutely HATES ___MART FUEL. We'll, leaving the store i saw the pumps e.pty and put in 8-10 gallons in the 18 gallon tank. Fired up and ran like crap since. (This is the 3rd time this has happened, although way more bad fuel than other 2). What is the easiest way to drain the tank/get passed the anti siphon valve ?

Put the fuel line from the tank into a hose and then run it into a 5-6 gallon gas can key on to get the pump going, make sure you can handle that flow/pressure

If you can, then you can complete the ground for the fuel pump relay
