Default Any way to program tcc lock up for surging issue?

Ok I have the famous surging issue that has plagued my 01 park ave for years. In the past I was able to disconnect the batt and clear the pcm memory and relearn the trans shift points..that worked for a good 10-15k but now it will no longer relearn. I have tested EVERYTHING under the sun and believe it is a tcc lock up solenoid issue. Yes I tried/tested ignition items, fuel psi reg, fuel psi, vaccuum, pcv system, egr, maf..ect..ect. When monitoring with a scan tool it will show lock up duty cycle of around 40-50% at 35mph and again 45mph and above and will intermit surge, the tac jumps up and down and tapping the brake or giving it more gas will stop it. I disconnect the maf sensor and the problem goes away but I notice that the duty cycle of the tcc is higher ar around 54-60% My question is there anyway to program or any software out there that I can modify the duty cycle of the tcc that the pcm commands? I dont think the tcc solenoid is completely failed as it works but i dont think the pcm is just commanding it on enough. No codes are stored for this issue either. Vehicle only has 82k on it. Other than this very annoying issue the car is mint!!

I think I remember a TSB addressing this issue when I worked for the dealer requiring you to reflash the PCM with updated software. Unfortunately it'* going to cost you an hour labor to take it to the dealer and have them check to see if it has the latest version software. I'm thinking it would cost you about the same to send your PCM to a custome programmer and your car will be down for the week or two it will take them to program it.
