Did you say you replaced all three coil packs?

Do you have a scanner or a code reader? Is that how you know the misfire is on cylinders #2 and #4? Switch the 2/4 coil pack for one of the others, and see if the misfire follows the coil. While you have each coil pack off check the primary and secondary resistances.

Sounds like you have a bad coil.

Injector O rings would likely give you a random misfire, or a misfire on a specific cylinder. Having a 2/4 misfire points to the 2/4 coil as the likely suspect.

Of course anything is possible, but best to eliminate the obvious first.

Change the #2 plug, check the spark plug wires for proper resistance and any signs of cracks, switch the 2/4 coil to a different position and see if the misfire moves. If none of that works check fuel pressure.

Ditto! Also try spraying water out of a spray bottle that mists. Also a very good way to find ignition leaks.
