after running my Park sitting in the driveway with heater and heated seats on I moved it around a bit and let it get to operating temp and put it back in the garage for the winter. When I checked the battery just before turning it off the voltage said 14.1 - 14.3 is this normal output volts for the alternator ? After shutting it off the volts read 12.35 of the battery again is this normal ? Its about 20 deg here if that matters

That voltage is fine. Your alternator has a voltage regulator to avoid putting out too many amps to your cars electrical system.

at 12.35 volts your battery is weak. Alternator output is fine.
