Default 99 buick century a/c disconnect

Can anyone tell me if an a/c system can be bypassed with an idler pulley kit and serpentine belt to disconnect on a 1999 buick century custom, 3.1 liter. the front bearing has been noisy for some time but the a/c blew cold up to this year. Also on same model the left front window regulator has been replaced twice now and it works for about 2 months then its dead, thanks roger

regulators on the ga/alero/century body are notorious for failure, you need to have everything ideal for it to last, ie lube tracks, get quality replacement etc..
