'98 Regal electrical issue

I just had the same problem with my 1999 Buick LaSabre. As simple as it sounds, all I did was disconnect the positive battery terminal and remove the plastic insulators between them, cleaned them real good, added a thin copper washer, positioned them properly, and tightened them down. Had the car towed twice before we found it. Pass it on.
