The 97 strut is specific to the 97 PA only.
How many bushings are on this control arm? 2?
I found this listing for front only one showing, not sure if this is it or not?

Will have to drop into GM to be certain what is going on.
Lets hope I dont need 2 new control arms!

i guess you cant apply logic. a strut has been the same forever and that type of control arm was used way before and way after your car. im not sure why they would make a bunch of different bushings.

UpDate: Gm provides no serviceable bushings what so ever so buy new control arms at $700...NOT happening.
The link posted previously showing raybestos services grades looks to be accurate. Hard to find their chassis parts here, have local supplier working on them and their part # somehow crosses over to Movotech bushing, however that may only apply to the movotech control arms. What a bear of a time this is. Will post further once I have bushings in hand and if they look right for the PK Ave.

Default 97 Pk Ave LCA Bushing Front available?

HEllo!
I had no alternative : A friend of mine that works in Autozone helped me .We found Pontiac Grand Prix 97 bushings ( little less diameter) and another friend fabricated (lathe)a metal insert to fill the gap. It works perfectly . Total cost for both bushings and
inserts aprox $80.00

Now I want to be very sure which is the rear bushing of the front control arm .
Any help? with the id number and where available?

Thank you!
Victor
