95 century traction control/ parking brake lights flickering

only does it over 25mph when not accelerating, goes off over 60mph accelerating or coasting

wheel speed sensor maybe?

What reader works on a ALDL 12 pin connector, I have pins A M and K available.

You need a Tech I or equivalent. Those can not be triggered. Likely a wheel speed sensor is bad. You can check them with a good meter.

Look at the tone rings and see if one is broken like this one.
