I just bought a 93 Regal and the remote lock fobs don't work. I've replaced the batteries and tried the reprogramming procedure. I get no response from the transmitter when I ground the learn mode wire in the trunk. That leads me to believe there'* a problem with the transmitter or it'* wiring.

First! Where is it? What fuse circuit is it in?
