Default 3800 series 2 SC Bottom Swap?

Basically I have a SC 3800,I suspect I blew out the bottom of the engine, would it be compatible for me to just buy an UNsupercharged 3800 and top swap my supercharger on it and drop it in?

Short answer...no. Long answer, yes.

It is possible to do what'* called a "Top Swap". But in your case, your kind of reverse TS.

You would need to swap not only the */C, but the heads, and intake manifold from the L67 to the L36. But, the problem lies in now you have a higher compression ratio'd engine, and you need the ability to reprogram it so your not destroying your engine.
With the current programming, it may be to aggressive. This should only be done if you have access to a scanner/programmer such has HPTuners. I highly suggest you stay away from mail order tunes. Because in order to tune engines correctly, constant scanning/logging is needed.
