2022 buick encore 1.4 turbo p146b-d codes
Looks like that is GM part number 25204675 which is a purge pump. I found it here: https://www.gmpartsgiant.com/parts/g...tra2=&filter=()
Personally, I don't know if what you are seeing is expected or not, and I wouldn't condemn it yet. I still find it odd that Rockauto lists a normal purge valve for this car, but not this part. This looks to be the South Korean :LE2 1.4L , and these seem to be a bit of a mystery when I search around the Internet.
Since the part is under $100.00 from what I can tell, it might be worthwhile to swap the part and see what happens. I'm curious as well.

i took that part apart and it is a pump i posted photos. but your thinking the tank pressure switch? i have had tank sensor switches fail on gm cars and never got the code back that fast. if it is the tank section i wonder if the filler port is not sealing? this code showed up just after a fill up and it has the p0146b first along with the p0146d codes. the p0146b has not returned. the sensor your talking about on the tank i though measured very small pressure changes like oz'* of pressure so a bad cap/port can set it off but again after i cleared those codes it took a few drives to return. this comes back in a half mile drive.
i may put a new sensor on the tank and see but if the car is still under warranty maybe the dealer can take care of this for me. or because it is emission related they have to deal with it being it has maybe 20,000 miles on it. thanks
