2013 Buick Verano - Looking for diagnostic help. (No after market upgrades)

This morning I rolled down my driver side window as I entered the parking garage at work. I saw an error message on dashboard reading “Roll window down/Then Roll Up”. The message soon disappeared and as I tried to power my window up/down, it would not move.
(Doesn’t make any noise and the rest of the windows have no issues. I tried restarting car, etc)

I also noticed the radio won’t immediately shut off when I turn off car and open driver side door. It takes about a minute for radio to power off.)

THANKS in advance for any insight you can provide as to what the problem may be.

I'd try disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes, then reconnect and try the window again.
