Default 2005 Lacrosse CXS amp wire issue

I decided to cut my wires and splice them in before checking and there are issues now.

First, I don't know what to connect the skinny orange wire that activates the amp to.

I tried putting it to constant and that didn't work. It just made the car not start.

Plus I have a identical blue wires. One is for a speaker positive the other is for the steering wheel control.

Then there are low side and regular speaker inputs that are identical color and size.

At least you didn't yell at me. I don't understand how forums work. The last one I was on got mad at me because I kept posting after the problem was solved. I figured since the car starts that the post has been resolved. Now I have a different issue. But please delete this and I will happily go back to the other post and change the subject.

We like to stick to one issue per thread, although they naturally drift sometimes and that'* okay sometimes. In this case, I think it is fair to consider the subject here [lots of wires got cut, now we need to piece it all back together to solve all of the maladies created by this cutting of wires].

Can't delete, but can close, so this thread is closed.
