hello i have buick lesabre 2005 and it blowing hot air and only to floor. there is 2 hvac door actuators. and both not working. is it possible that they both dies

What all works with the controller? How are you checking the actuators?

i pushed buttons for blower to blow different direction and moved temperature. same time was looking on actuators and they didn't move. there is video on youtube. one guy shows how to see of actuators actualy working or not

You need to do some form of testing to see if it'* the controller or wiring.
